Asphaltic Materials for a project on CTH KR from US 45 to the West Frontage Road of I-94 in the Village of Yorkville, WI. Trucking: Asphaltic material will be picked up at the plant and hauled by County trucks. Asphaltic Material: Hot Mix Asphalt shall conform to all applicable provisions of the 2025 State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation Standard Specifications Sections 450, 455, and 460. Asphaltic material will be used in the repair of County Trunk Highway KR in the Village of Yorkville in 2025. Upon request, the supplier must furnish a copy of a mix design report for the mix to be purchased. This project includes LRIP reimbursement funding. The County makes no guarantees of any specific minimum purchase. The price quoted shall be fixed for the 2025 calendar year regardless of the amount of material purchased. Racine County estimates approximately 24,500+/- Tons of Hot Mix Asphalt (3MT and 4 MT combined) will be used on this project. If a fixed price is not available through December 31, 2025 note as such on the Quote Form. The County of Racine, through its duly authorized agents, reserves the right to reject any or all quotations, to waive all technicalities, and to accept the quotation deemed most advantageous to Racine County. All bidders, by submission of their respective quotations, agree to abide by the rules, regulations, and procedures of Racine County. It shall be the successful contractor's responsibility that all work and materials conform to all applicable provisions Sections 450, 455, and 460 of the 2025 State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation, Standard Specifications for Highway and Structure Construction: and the bid specifications on the following page.
