Renovation of a municipal facility in Racine, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Work consists of exterior preservation work (including a small amount of roof repairs) in isolated locations at five (5) different buildings in Racine, Wisconsin for the City of Racine. 1. The Work is to be completed at the following sites, where shown in the Construction Drawings a. City Hall Annex b. Incinerator c. Central Heating Plant d. Memorial Hall e. City Hall 2. The work includes repointing, limestone element restoration, crack repair, brick replacement, sealant replacement, wood restoration, sheet metal work, concrete repair, minor roofing installation, and other miscellaneous work items a. See Part 3 below for further description of the various work items and alternate adds. Question Deadline 04/23/2025 Deadline for submitting a prequalification application is five (5) days prior to the time of bid opening. This project entails tuckpointing and masonry repair of some of the City of Racine core buildings.
