Site work and paving for a civil project in Francis Creek, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Sewer and Water Construction, Street/Roadway Reconstruction , Stormwater Improvements The work shall consist of sanitary & storm sewer reconstruction along Laurel Drive, Cherry Avenue & Lilac Drive within the Village of Francis Creek. The project also includes reconstructing the roadways to a graded and graveled state. Final curb & gutter and street paving will be completed under a separate contract in 2024. The project includes relaying approximately 1,300 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer, CIPP lining of approximately 455 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer, new sanitary laterals to the R/W, approximately 190 lineal feet of 12 inch and 15-inch storm sewer, 4,350 cubic yards of common excavation and 5,900 tons of base aggregate dense. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to the ENGINEER in writing. Replies will be issued by Addenda. Questions received less than 5-days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding.
