Renovation of a recreation facility in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.
The improvement involves relocating the existing bullpens to remove them from the playing field, including selective demolition, earthwork, helical piers, concrete retaining walls, steel railing, and miscellaneous electrical, technology, and plumbing work, all in accordance with the contract documents The City of Des Moines (Jurisdiction) reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security as defined in Section 26.8 of the Iowa Code and as specified by the Jurisdiction. This project shall be fully completed not later than March 15, 2026, and in accordance with the Completion Provisions. A preletting conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, in the Left Field Suites, accessible from the north parking lot, located at 1 Line Drive, Des Moines, Iowa
