The main features of the work shall include, but not be limited to the following: The complete removal and construction of a new exterior staircase for the HSC building from the plaza deck. Project will be phased as shown in the bid documents so that travel path of students and facility is not affected. Proper safety measures will be maintained throughout the project so that adjacent areas are free from any potential harm from construction related activities. Work to include removal of all existing conditions to make way for new platform areas and brick pavement detail highlighted in bid documents.
