Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Tacoma, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Tacoma is soliciting bids to establish one or more contracts with qualified vendors to fulfill the City s needs for Tacoma Police Department Headquarters Parking Lot Asphalt Crack Fill, Sealcoat and Stripe. This project needs to be coordinated in approximately three mobilizations on a consecutive Friday, Saturday and Sunday to minimize impacts on the facility operations and allow vehicles to move around as needed. Old markings that have bled through the sealcoat where markings have changed will need to be treated with blackout treatment to prevent future bleed through. Contract(s) will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder(s) based on price, product quality and availability. Contract aniticipated start date of August 2025 Estimate: $125,000 Question Deadline 07/16/2025. The City reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to waive irregularities deemed immaterial. The City also reserves the right to not award a contract or to issue subsequent RFB s . QA-No, this project does not require a bid bond
