Deadline for Questions: June 12, 2025 at 2pm The University of Nebraska intends to procure a qualified contractor to provide pre-construction services, preliminary cost estimating, and construction services as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) for 14681 Biomechanics Research Building (U023) Phase 3 Addition project. The Project will provide approximately 20,000 SF, three-level addition, which will connect to and expand the existing Biomechanics Research Building. It will include laboratories, instructional space, offices, graduate student space, and a collaboration space for students and researchers. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
