Site work and paving for a civil project in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Furnishing of all labor, materials, use of Contractor's equipment, plans and all else necessary to construct properly all of the improvements within the improvement generally designated Storm Sewer, Section 4 and Paving, Section 3 (Culverts) (Pioneer View), Sanitary and Improvement District No. 305 of Sarpy County, Nebraska. The extent of the work consists of the construction or other effectuation of the items listed and all work that may be considered incidental thereto on Clear Creek Street and Kyla Drive.FURTHER RESOLVED, that such project be constructed and all work incidental or necessary thereto done in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by Lamp Rynearson, engineers employed by the District for such purpose, which were filed with the Board of Trustees of the District prior to the first publication of this resolution. The total cost of such project is Three Hundred Fifty-Two Thousand Eight Hundred and no/100 Dollars ($352,800.00). To pay the cost of such project, the Board of Trustees shall have the power to issue negotiable bonds after the purchase has been completed and accepted; the warrants or bonds shall be called "Sanitary and Improvement Bonds" and shall be payable and bear interest as provided by the statutes of the State of Nebraska.
