Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Omaha, Nebraska. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The design work shall be completed by October 31, 2025 to bid the replacement project in late 2025 for 2026 construction. The District is requesting a SEALED and PRICED qualifications and proposal package from selected consultants who have applicable experience in this area. Consultants interested in performing this work, All questions shall be submitted by 12:00PM on Monday, April 28, 2025 to provide sufficient time to provide responses. Qualification and Proposal packages shall be submitted to the District's Procureware site by 4:00PM on Thursday, May 1, 2025.
