Site work for a water / sewer project in Tampa, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sunrise Community: I-75 Utility Crossing, Old Trilby Rd to Sunrise Blvd Hernando County Request for proposals to provide services relating to utilities, earthwork, and all other inherent elements of site development to the construction plans. The successful proposer must execute a contract with the Owner and file the requisite Performance and Payment Bonds and insurance within fourteen (14) calendar days after the receipt of the Notice of Award. All questions related to this project shall be directed in writing via email to Coastal Engineering Associates, Inc., no later than 3:00 p.m. on May 15th, 2025. The Owner has the right to reject all proposals, make modifications to the work, and waive any minor informalities and irregularities in proposals as it deems appropriate, if it determines in its discretion that it is in the best interest of the Owner to do so. In Addition, this project is subject to the availability of funds and the project may be cancelled if funds are not available. Event bid note: Electronic bid materials shall be submitted on an external, physical storage device. Proposal packages shall be submitted in a sealed opaque package, shall bear the name of the proposer on the outside of the package and shall identify the name of the project. Proposals will be opened at the time and date stipulated above; those received after the time and date stipulated above will be returned un-opened to the proposer.
