Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Rockwood, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The Project consists of asphalt and sidewalk demolition, site grading, the construction of asphalt pavement, concrete pavement, concrete curb, concrete sidewalk, ADA parking stalls, parking lot striping, and stormwater infrastructure; replacement of four HVAC units; replacement of five exterior doors, two with ADA compliant automatic door openers; and interior renovation of four bathrooms to comply with ADA standards. This project is funded in part by a Local Parks and Recreation Fund Grant administered by the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation. Proposed improvements shall meet all ADA access requirements. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be a lump sum base bid with two add alternates as defined in the Bidding Documents. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
