Rockwood seeks professional engineering services in connection to improvements along Pumphouse Road and at the intersection of Pumphouse Rd and Abeles Valley Rd. The Engineering firm selected will assist with preliminary engineering, design, the development of engineering & architectural reports, plans, specifications and bid documents, construction inspection, and any other services as may be required during the project timeframe. Electronic submissions are acceptable Rockwood will evaluate firms on the following criteria: o Specialized Experience or technical expertise of the firm in connection with the type of services to be provided. o Past record of performance on State and Federally funded projects with the community and other clients, including quality of work, timeliness, and cost control. o Familiarity with local conditions. o Staff capabilities of the primary engineer/architect.
