Site work for a civil project in Devlin, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.

The Tender includes: - Clearing & Grubbing, Removal of Trees and Vegetation along Proposed Subdivision Roadway and Infrastructure Right-of-Ways. - Supply & Placement of 150 mm Dia. DR 18 PVC Watermain. - Supply & Installation of 150 mm Dia. Isolation Valves. - Supply & Installation of 19 mm Dia. HDPE Water Services. - Supply & Installation of Curb Stops and Fire Hydrant Assemblies. - Upgrades to Existing Sewage Pumping Stations, SPS-1 & SPS-2. - Supply & Installation of Two (2) 40 kW Stand-by Power Generator Units. - Supply & Installation of Process Mechanical & Electrical Equipment. - Supply & Placement of 150 mm Dia. HDPE DR11 Sewage Forcemain to Ex. Lagoon. - Supply & Installation of Forcemain Air Release Chambers. - Supply & Placement of 200 mm Dia. PVC DR35 Gravity Sanitary Sewers. - Supply & Installation of 125 mm Dia. Sanitary Service Laterals. - Supply & Placement of Precast Concrete Manhole Structures. - Proposed Subdivision Road Extension (Approximately 900 Lineal metres). - Lot Grading, Lot Driveways, and Ditching along Subdivision Road Extension. - Installation of Driveway and Roadway Cross Culverts. - Rock Blasting & Excavation. - Site Restoration. Each Tender submission must be accompanied by a certified cheque or bid bond to be retained by the Consulting Engineer for an amount of at least 10 percent (10%) of the total Tendered price made payable to Naicatchewenin First Nation. This contract is subject to the approval of Naicatchewenin First Nation. The lowest or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted. The Contractor shall complete all works to the point of substantial completion described herein and on the Contract Drawings. It is anticipated that Contract Award will occur in May 2025. Therefore, it will be understood that the project working time allotted of 24 weeks will commence following mobilization of equipment and manpower to site by the Contractor based on a start date no later than June 15, 2025. The 24-week duration does not account for delivery time and finalized installation of the provisional propane generators which could be 24-35 weeks. Substantial completion shall be performed by November 2025. The Engineer and the Owner reserve the right to reject any or all Tenders and to waive formalities, as the interests of the Owner may required, without stating reasons thereto.
