The Old State Capitol Annex Renovation - Selective Demolition Package project is an above ceiling investigation and stabilization of existing structural conditions of the building. The elements of the project include but are not limited to ceiling removal at multiple floors, structural stabilization repairs both temporary and permanent, and MEP equipment selective removal, as noted, to maintain power and fire protection requirements of the Old Kentucky State Capitol Building which is located next to the Old Annex Building. The building systems shall remain operational to maintain conditioned space in this historic structure. Estimated Length of Project: 90 (Substantial Completion) + 5 (Final Completion)
