Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of La Crosse, by the undersigned Board of Public Works(BPW), will receive for doing the following public work in the City of LaCrosse, Wisconsin:28 th Street South Reconstruction - Cass Street to Main Street Removal and installation of curb and gutter Sanitary Utilities Storm Utilities Water Utilities Sidewalk Infill No bid shall be awarded unless accompanied by Certificate of Organization and Authority, Disclosure of Ownership, together with a list of Subcontractors; and no bid shall be received without certified check for not less than 5%,nor more than 10% of the total amount bid or a bid bond for not less than 5% nor more than 10%of the total amount bid. .The time for commencement of the work shall be no sooner than ten (10) days after Common Council shall have awarded the contract and shall be completed by 31 st of October 2025.
