This project will replace the facility well pump, correct deficiencies with the underground water piping, remove generator, correct deficiencies in buildings 25 & 63 along with all other work listed on the project drawings and specifications. ITEM I, GENERAL CONSTRUCTION: Work includes general construction, alterations, roads, walks, grading, drainage, repairs, and upgrades to buildings 25 and 63 including specifications and drawings to provide physical security resiliency as well as the necessary removal of existing structures and construction and certain other items. As an alternate deduct, replacement of windows in buildings 25 and 63 is an option for VA consideration. ITEM II, DEDUCT ALTERNATE NO. 1: Base bid except the removal and replacement of the existing windows in buildings 25 and 63 per the architectural drawing sheets.
