Chambers County is soliciting sealed bids for base repair and overlay of Bayridge Subdivision. The approximate location is 2 miles east of the intersection of FM 2354 and FM 1405 in Beach City, Tx. Sealed Bid responses received after the deadline will NOT be accepted and must have a notarized non-collusion affidavit or will not be accepted, along with an acceptable bidder'sbond payable to Chambers County, Texas in the amount of not less than 5% of the largest possible total for the bid submitted, must accompany the bid. In the case of ambiguity or lack of clarity in the prices of the proposal, the County reserves the right to accept the most advantageous contract thereof to the County, or to reject the proposal.
