Install; ~9-12" of crushed concrete Install 12" x 12" perimeter beams. #4 rebar on 12" centers with chairs. 6" slab to be poured at 4000 psi. A one call will be required by the contractor prior to excavation Please provide a per square foot price for concrete demo if additional concrete is encountered under asphalt.
