Chambers County is soliciting sealed bids for the installation of a parking lot and walking path at Beach City Park, located at 12703 FM 2354, Beach City, TX 77523. Bids are sought from qualified construction firms or individuals with the necessary expertise and experience. All correspondence and communications regarding this procurement should be directed by email to the Chambers County Purchasing Agent for clarification of the specifications only. Sealed bid responses must be submitted in duplicate by the specified deadline, in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the project title, respondent's name, and return address. Submissions must include a bid bond and a notarized non-collusion affidavit or they will not be accepted. Sealed bids must be submitted in person or delivered via USPS, UPS, or FedEx to the designated address. Emailed or faxed bids will not be accepted.
