Site work for a transportation facility in Beach City, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a runway / taxiway.

Scope of work includes clearing and grading of 34 acres for a proposed rail storage yard. The contract will also include approximately 7,800 linear feet of concrete V-Channels, 12,000 linear feet of storm sewer with associated structures (grate inlets, junction boxes, and headwalls) within Cedar Port Navigation and Improvement District. Bidders must submit electronic bids only. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check in an amount not less than 5 percent of the total bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the contract and execute the required bonds and provide insurance certificates within 10 days after receipt of contract documents. Bidding documents are available at www.CivcastUSA.com. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid conference by each prospective bidder or their representative is required. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive defects and irregularities in the bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a bid. The successful bidder will be the responsible bidder judged most advantageous to the district and resulting in the best and most economical completion of the project.
