Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hedwig Village, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of June 10, 2025, the project is on hold. No definite date for the rebid.** The project includes reconstruction of roadway paving and sidewalk, new storm sewer, waterline, signage and stripping and sanitary sewer adjustments for identified streets within the City. Any questions regarding this BID must be submitted by 5:00 P.M. Friday, April 25, 2025. Proposals must be accompanied by a certified or cashiers check or a bid bond from a surety company holding a permit in the State of Texas for an amount equal to 5% of the amount bid. The amount of said certified or cashiers check or bond will be forfeited to the OWNER and the bank or surety shall be liable to the OWNER for the amount in the event the successful bidder shall fail or refuse to enter into a contract or furnish bonds as hereafter required within ten (10) days after the date of notice of award. Bidders will be required to furnish verifiable references in the Statement of Contractor Qualifications with their bids/proposals. The successful bidder must furnish a performance bond and a payment bond on the forms provided, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract price from a surety company licensed by the State of Texas. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, to waive any and all informalities, and to disregard all nonconforming or conditional Bids or counter
