The Town of Windsor (Town) is requesting proposals from qualified engineering firms for construction management, inspection, and materials testing for the Wild Oak Water Services Replacement and Pavement Preservation Project. The project extent includes Wild Oak Drive, Windsor Avenue, Park Glen Drive, Oak Park Street, Daybrook Drive, Greenbrook Court, and portions of Stellar Lane and Buckingham Drive. Project elements include the replacement of approximately 90 residential water service lines and 8,000 feet of water main. The roadway should be resurfaced after the replacement of the water services and water main. Curb and gutter replacement and drainage improvements are also included in the project. Funding sources for the project will be the Town of Windsor Water Capital, General Fund and local funds. Construction starts Summer, 2025 Construction ends Summer, 2026 There are 100 working days specified in the Special Provisions.
