Contract No. 2 shall include all tools, labor, material, and equipment necessary to: Mow all grasses, weeds, and brush on the Roxbury Sewer Force Main Easement that extends from the East Branch of the Delaware river at the north end of the hamlet of Roxbury, NY approximately 660 feet northward along NYS route 30, west side, 40 feet in width, and from a point on the Catskill Scenic Trail (railroad bed) near Rick's Tire and at Force Main Station 3452+00 extending across Ferris Hill Road and along NYSEG power lines to Cronk Lane in the hamlet of Grand Gorge, NY across Cronk Lane to NYS Route 23, across NYS Route 23 and to the Force Main Terminus vault at Force Main Station 3568+50, a distance of approximately 11,650 feet (2.2 miles) 10' wide in some areas and 15' wide in other areas plus a section from the NYSEG Powerline to the Grand Gorge Water District Pressure Release Valve and Chlorine Booster Building near NYS Route 30, 10 feet in width and 640 feet long, all as depicted on project drawings entitled "Roxbury Force Main Easement Mowing 2024-2026" and "Grand Gorge Force Main Easement Mowing 2024-2026", 10 drawings total. The Town Board of the Town of Roxbury reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received and to reject any or all bids without explanation.
