Pursuant to New York General Municipal Law Section 103, the Town of Roxbury Town Board is soliciting sealed bids for the following labor and materials to complete repaving of the Town of Roxbury Town Hall parking lot o Dig out and/or mill all existing asphalt in Town Hall parking lot measuring 11,200 square feet o Install 3'' compacted of 12.5mm asphalt over 11,200 square foot parking lot to meet original footprint o Post asphalt installation, complete striping for up to 5 parking spots as designated by the Town Supervisor, including appropriate striping for parking spots designated for use by disabled individuals to ensure compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act o Bidder to include all labor, materials and equipment to complete paving work o Cleanup of work site, including removal of excess materials and waste and restoration of any landscaping or other elements disturbed during construction Bidders must meet the following minimum qualifications: (1) procurement of any necessary licenses and/or certifications required under New York State Law to complete the specifications in this Bid Notice; (2) proof of Liability Insurance Coverage; and (3) proof of Workers' Compensation Coverage. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder that meets the requirements, qualifications and specifications set forth in this Bid Notice. The Town of Roxbury Town Board reserves the right to reject any bid that does not comply will all requirements outlined herein.
