Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Erskine, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: Civil / Utility work. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Provide new waterline from city watermain to brine building 2. Extend water service inside brine building and provide plumbing fittings. 3. Restore site C. Substantial Completion of the work shall be achieved within 90 days of the Notice to Proceed. Work on site may not commence before notice to proceed and until all specified materials and equipment procurements are confirmed as complying with the Project Substantial Completion dates, unless authorized differently in writing by the MnDOT Project Manager.. A. Unless a greater preference is applicable and allowed by law, in accordance with Minn. Stat. _ 16C.16, businesses that are eligible and certified by the State as targeted group (TG) businesses, economically disadvantaged (ED) businesses, and veteran-owned businesses will receive a 12% (twelve-percent) preference. All questions must be submitted no later than three (3) business days prior to receipt of bids. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the question due date and time.
