The City of Bartlett (the "City") is seeking proposals from interested and qualified firms to designbuild, furnish, and install a 8,000-gallon double wall, dual compartment (4000 gallon unleaded gasoline/4000 gallon diesel), dual wall bulkhead between compartments aboveground fuel storage tank with 2 fuel dispensers(1gasoline/1 diesel) for the City as described in thisRFP asthe "Services".,This Request for Proposal ("RFP") is being released to invite interested and qualified companies to prepare and submit proposals in accordance with instructions provided where the successful candidatewill be selected and invited to enter into a contractual relationship with the City of Bartlett for the Services outlined in this RFP. In this RFP, the terms "Proposer" and "Contractor" are used interchangeably unless the context indicates otherwise. 1) 8,000-gallon double-wall AST UL142 dual-compartment tank, split 4,000-gallon unleaded and 4,000-gallon diesel with double bulkhead wall splitting the tank into two compartments Tank to be painted white acrylic enamel (1) 3" dual product remote fill containment with appropriate sized ball valve, check valve, camlock adapter, and cap (2) 15-gallon capacity remote fill AST spill containers Remote mechanical overfill valves (1) Red Jacket 3/4hp sub pump with controller for gasoline or approved equivalent (1) Red Jacket 1.5hp sub pump with controller for diesel or approved equivalent (2) Each compartment is to be monitored with electronic gauges and alarms monitored by the Veeder-Root system (2) Tank monitoring probes (1) New TLS450 PLUS Veeder-Root tank gauge system installed in the location of existing Veeder-Root and program/calibrate to work with new probes and interstitialspace. (Correspond with City IT Department to connect web access.) (2) Gasboy brand Atlas single-hose dispenser model 9853KX with pulse out module or approved equivalent. (The gasoline must have red doors with a #2 decal, and diesel must have green doors with a #1 decal.) (2) Morrison brand dispenser pedestals with stabilizer bar or approved equivalent (1) 3/4 " X 14' dispense hose with nozzle, coupled swivel with breakaway for gasoline (1) 1" X 14' dispense hose with nozzle, coupled swivel with breakaway for diesel Emergency stop button Form and pour a new concrete tank pad and piers below each saddle skid. Pad/piers are to be reinforced with rebar to provide maximum structural strength. The contractor is responsible for tank pad design. The contractor must have the design approved and signed off on by a Structural PE. (28) 6" diameter crash bollards around the perimeter of the new tank
