Alleviate flooding on Tonto Rd. by installing (1) approx. 680 linear feet of RCP and (2) a drainage basin capable of storing approx. 109,000 cubic feet of discharged water. The City of Memphis encourages the participation of Small and Minority Businesses in the Purchasing process.
