Harrington Hall Tug Simulator & 01 Admin Suite Renovations -Sub Bid The scope of the project is to perform selective renovations to the 1st and 3rd floor of Harrington Hall. On the third floor, one existing room that is currently unoccupied, will be converted to a Tug Simulator Room, including power, AV upgrades, room reconfiguration and air distribution. On the first floor, the existing Administrative Suite will be upgraded with new finishes and furniture. The renovated spaces will provide new acoustic ceiling tile, new lighting, new wall finishes, new flooring and ceiling diffusers.
