Work includes but is not limited to: New Metal Building System; New Fire Protection System; New Plumbing System; New HVAC System; New Electrical System; New Sanitary Pump System; and Site Improvements. The project includes four alternates. The base bid scope is estimated to cost $2,344,000.00. Add Alternate 1 consists of all site improvements on the southern side of Tower Lane. Add Alternate 2 consists of dormers on the east side of the garage building. Add Alternate 3 consists of dormers on the west side of the garage building.
