Clean the surfaces and prepare for installation of new carpet tile and 4" cove base. The work area consists of ALL carpeted spaces within the building. The flooring contractor will be responsible for movingthe shelving, demo of carpet materialand installation of new material. The books and library material will be removed and repositioned by others. All work shall be neat and in accordance with manufacturer's guidelines, with all the furniture/shelving and workstations returned to their original positions upon completion of the installation. Estimates should include the Labor/materials/supervision price for removal, clean/prepare, install, and cleanup.
