Roof & Skylight Replacement at the Bourne Barracks. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Prevailing wage rates apply to the project in accordance with M.G.L. c. 149 s. 26 & 27. The project is comprised of a Demolition of the existing roof, metal flashings and related appurtenances and including a new single-ply membrane roof system and related flashings, and replacement of existing skylights.
