Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Port St Joe, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
This project includes the removal and replacement of the existing windows at the Washington Gym located at 401 Peters Street in Port St. Joe, FL. Completion date for this project will be 45 days from the Notice to Proceed presented to the successful bidder. Liquidated damages for failure to complete the project on the specified date will be set at $250.00 per day. All bids shall remain firm for a period of sixty days after the opening. All bidders shall comply with all applicable State and local laws concerning licensing registration and regulation of contractors doing business to the State of Florida. The bid must conform to Section 287.133(3) Florida Statutes, on public entity crimes. All questions must be submitted to Laura Armstrong at larmstrong@gulfcounty-fl.gov. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities in any bid, to accept and/or reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid that in their judgment will be in the best interest of Gulf County.
