Work performed through any contract resulting from this solicitation may be funded in whole or in part through variousstateorfederallyfundedgrantagreements, including, but not limited to, Florida Commerce, FEMA, Resilient Florida or other federal and state funding streams. As such, any work order or task order funded shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable Grant Agreement. The contractor and all subcontractors shall be bound by the terms a nd conditions of the Grant Agreement, as applicable, as well as any applicable State and Federal laws, rules and regulationswhich can include but not be limited toSection 3, Davis-Bacon, American Iron and Steel, Build America Buy America, etc. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities in any proposal, to accept or reject any or all proposals, and to acceptthe proposal that in theirjudgement will be in the best interest of Gulf County.
