Relocation of existing signage. Installation of 18" ADS Pipe, required inlets, end walls, and other necessary materials per the Bid Documents; as well as the installation of stormwater structures per the Bid Documents. o All work completed in accordance with FDOT Standards. o The City may request progress inspections at the City's discretion as work progresses. o Substantial completion for construction shall be 150 days after execution of Agreement and Notice to Proceed. o Final completion for construction shall be no later than 180 days after execution of Agreement and Notice to Proceed. Please note that the City of Mexico Beach is a tax-exempt entity. The selected Bidder will be expected to adhere to the City's tax-exempt status regarding purchases of materials above the threshold established in the Sales Tax Purchasing Agreement.
