Wayne Hill Water Resources Center North Chemical Building Canopy. Contractor providing the utility work must have a current valid Utility Contractors License. Contractor to furnish and install a metal canopy to be installed on one of the facades of the North Chemical Building, located at F. Wayne Hill Water Resources Center. Contract includes, but is not limited to, canopy foundation, downspouts, splash blocks, guard rail, concrete preparation and coating system application as specified in the contract documents Specifications must be requested from Gresham Smith at the address at no cost.
