DBE/MBE Participation 2.5% WBE Participation 3% The work of constructing the Lagoon Improvements CWSRF Project No. CS010623-01, Contract No. 2 GW23 094 will be let under one Contract. The principal items of work are detailed herein below. Principal Work: 1. Install Aerators in Lagoon 2. Install UV Disinfection 3. Install Step Aerators The Contractor is Hereby Advised That Time is of the Essence on This Project and That the Contract Time of 270 Consecutive Calendar Days and Noted Restrictions Shall Be Strictly Observed. Liquidated Damages Will Be Assessed if the Contract Time is Exceeded. The Contractor May Apply for an Extension of Time in Accordance With the Provisions of the Contract; However, Such an Extension Must Be Approved Prior to the Contract Completion Date to Avoid the Imposition of Liquidated Damages. No refunds will be made except to bidding Contractors, who shall be refunded for one bid set.
