Installation of new windows, window screens, and screen doors. All tools and incidental materials will be provided by Contractor. Windows, screens and installation hardware will be provided by GHA/ACHA All paint and caulking will be provided by GHA/ACHA Contractor to move all old blinds, curtains and furniture so that original window can be safely removed After installation of window is complete, all blinds, curtains, furniture, etc. must be returned to their original position Remove old windows and screen Repair or replace any damaged framing material before installing new window All window casing and trim will be wood Install a code approved moisture barrier before installing new window Insulate all gaps with an approved insulating All new interior wood and sheetrock will be primed and covered with black coil trim and caulked with black caulking before screen installation Installation must be performed so that each window is plumb and square so that they operate properly without binding or being forced Fastening hardware must be installed according to manufacturer's instructions Install new security screen and ensure proper operation Use matching caulking to seal exterior of window Remove old screen door Repair any damage to wood, prime and paint Install new screen door, thumb latch handle and new casing spring Ensure all components operate properly Any damage caused to existing structure during installation must be repaired by the contractor to GHA/ACHA's satisfaction Any damage found before installation of a window must be brought to the attention of GHA/ACHA Contractor must provide his own power source. Using tenant's power will not be allowed Properly dispose of all waste materials at the end of each day keep area safe at all times and ensure no fasteners are left behind in the grass Any damage to property, must be repaired before job completion Any issues or questions that arise during process, should be immediately brought to the attention of GHA/ACHA
