Site work and paving for a civil project in Clinton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Ash Street - Road reconstruction including reclamation of the existing road, new base and top course, removal of concrete curb, installation of granite curb, and replacement or construction of roadway drainage systems. This project is to being funded by a CDBG 2021 Grant from the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development. The award of the contract is contingent upon the final approval of CDBG funding. Bids are subject to Chapter 30-Section 39M, to Federal Labor Provisions, and to Massachusetts minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. Chapter 149- Sections 26 to 27H inclusive, or by the Davis/Bacon Wage Rate, whichever hourly rate pays more. The project is subject to Title VI of the Civil rights Act of 1964, Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 and the town is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Bidders must be prequalified with MassDOT. Question Deadline 04/24/2025 All questions shall be submitted in writing to the Engineer at least seven (7) days before the established date for bid opening.
