Rosedell Elementary School Track and Parking Lot The project generally consists of the construction of: Removal and replacement of (1) North parking lot (removal, grading, striping) with modifications, including construction of (1) concrete walking path, renovation of existing turf field with new sod, irrigation and fertilization system, and extending an existing storm drain to Rosedell Drive. Project includes pavement striping, installation of concrete curb and no mow fescue at edge of school site, and ADA upgrade requirements to an existing staff restroom and drinking fountain. Each bid must be submitted on the bid form provided in the bid documents and accompanied by a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the bidder and surety company, or certified check, or cashier's check in favor of the Saugus Union School District or cash, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid. Bidders must deposit the original of the Bid Bond, cashier's check, or certifies check in the mail on the same day as the bid opening. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond if it is awarded the contract for the Project. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding.
