Improvements will include landscaping, trees, cobblestone hardscape, fencing, and stamped concrete. The project will also include new irrigation systems, grading, refurbishment of existing retention basins and site drainage. Traffic control requires a C-31 licensed contractor. Connection to water main line requires an A or C-34 licensed contractor. Working hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm within the Caltrans right of way and 8:30 am - 3:30 pm for construction along Newhall Avenue. No weekends or holidays.
