PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Reconditioning work includes asphalt overlay of 6 th Avenue East and Central Entrance in Duluth; includes bituminous overlay, concrete walks, concrete curb and gutter and concrete ADA pedestrian ramps. Project utility work includes water main and services and storm sewer. Lead water service replacement work includes all labor and materials required to construct lead water service replacements. Work includes coordinating and scheduling with private property owners, pavement and concrete removal, excavation, furnishing and installing new piping, valves, adapters and fitting
