Renovation of a mixed-use development in Victoria, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The purpose of the proposal is to acquire floor covering material for the Victoria Independent School District (VISD) facilities on an as-needed basis throughout the performance period. Multiple awards may be made. The successful vendor(s) shall provide floor covering, meeting the specifications contained herein; and/or provide installation. Proposals shall be expressed in terms of prices which should include delivery costs, labor costs, profit, overhead, wage rates, benefits, etc., and all vendor costs of operation. The Victoria ISD is issuing a Request for Proposal for FLOOR COVERING & INSTALLATION in accordance with the instructions, terms and conditions, and requirements/specifications contained in this Solicitation. CONTRACT PERIOD: July 1, 2025 Through June 30, 2026 (+2) (Or Upon Bid Award) Questions should be referred to the VISD Maintenance Department, Leonard Gonzales or Joshua McNeley at 361-575-6408 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
