Annual Supply Contract for Asphaltic Materials, Asppm 9202 Grade Iv Cold Mix, Cold Mix Limestone Rock Asphalt, Hot Mix Cold Laid Asphalt, Processed Base, Crushed Limestone Base, Cement, Aggregate for Surface Treatment. The bidder shall use unit pricing. The method of payment shall be from Current Operating Funds. No bidders bond required. Questions and requests for clarification should be submitted by Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at 5:00 PM in writing to AReyes@vctx.org. Copies of all questions and answers, and any addenda to supplement the IFB will be published on the website above prior to the opening due date. Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances. The phone system in the County Judge's Office shall be the official time of receipt. Responses received after the deadline will be returned unopened. Responses must include all requirements, be submitted in a sealed envelope, and be plainly marked as stated in the respective Invitation for Bids (IFB). Formal action on bids will be considered at a future meeting at Victoria County Commissioners Court. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of the bids without the consent of the County. The County reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to accept any bid deemed by the County as providing the best value for and being most beneficial to the County, and to waive all formalities in the bid process.
