As of November 21, 2025, this project has been awarded, and construction documents are being finalized. Construction is expected to start January 2026. The Project includes the following Work: o 9,300 LF 8-inch to 30-inch DIP and PVC gravity sewer identified as the Northern Interceptor. o 17,800 LF 8-inch to 36-inch DIP and PVC gravity sewer identified as the Southern Interceptor. o Demolition and Abandonment of Lift Station identified as the Wilkins Road Lift Station. o Abandonment of 1,000 LF of 3" force main identified as Wilkins Road Force Main. o Demolition and Abandonment of Lift Station identified as the Mount Hope Lift Station. o Abandonment of 5,800 LF of 16" force main identified as the Mount Hope Force Main. o Demolition and Abandonment of Lift Station identified as the 11 th Street Lift Station. o Abandonment of 500 LF of 4" force main identified as the 11 th Street Force Main. o Abandonment of 1,700 LF of 6-inch PVC force main identified as Falls Commerce Force Main Relocation. o New 1.75 MGD I-85 Lift Station. o 8,200 LF 10-inch DIP and PVC force main along East Lyon Station Road and Will Suitt Road identified as the I-85 Force Main. o 2,400 LF of 12-inch to 24-inch PVC gravity sewer identified as the Ledge Creek Gravity Sewer Relocation. o 3,300 LF of 16-inch to 18-inch PVC gravity sewer identified as the East Middleton Gravity Sewer The Project has an expected substantial completion date of May 21 st , 2027, and a final completion date of July 5 th , 2027.
