Design Requirements and Specifications _ Removal and disposal of current doors and operators. _ Coordinate door removal and replacement with Fire Department Management to maintain station security. _ Install 8 Clopay Series 904 Full View Aluminum Section Door fit to each door opening. o o o o o o o White in color aluminum bottom sections and the rest of the door is full view glass 1/8" Tempered glass 3" RA 72" high lift track Solid shaft 90 MPH wind load _ Doors must operate within proper limits upon installation. _ Install Door operators designed for the door installed. _ Arrange and execute any necessary electrical work for the door operators, operation switches, and safety eyes, and main control station. _ Arrange and execute any door opening jamb & header work needed. _ Obtain proper Town of Fort Mill licenses and/or permits to conduct the work. _ Include all warranty information and optional extended warranty information _ Include pricing for bi-annual preventative maintenance during the first year after installation.
