The Town of Fort Mill Public Works Department would like to obtain quotes for the installation of an irrigation system to be located at 345 North White Street, Fort Mill, SC 29715. A visit to the location is highly encouraged to see the site, please see the contact information below. Design Requirements and Specifications o Spray the entire area with round-up 1 week before you begin work and remove old grass, haul away, prep and grade for sod. o Supply and install irrigation inside the sidewalk area from front of theatre back to existing concrete slab. (Approx. 22,500 sqft.) o Supply and install approx. 22,500 sqft of 419 Bermuda sod. o The Town will be providing our own 1 inch meter and (1) 110 outlet to power controller. o Work must start on May 5th and all work must be completed within 2 weeks. o The Town of Fort Mill will provide the irrigation backflow.
