The proposed work consists of demolishing, and cleaning up all building materials, personal effects, and including foundation(s), building slab(s), trees/foliage as needed by the City of Greenville, closing out and removing per Bond County, IL standards, rules and regulations for wells, cisterns and septic systems, backfilling all excavations and seed/straw of the disturbed site. The proposed work also consists of properly disposing of the four residential structures, all accessory structures on each parcel and all associated debris of the demolition project. Properties are to be demolished consecutively with no delay in time between demolition of the structures other than normal working hours and subject to weather conditions.
