Remodeling of a medical facility in Greenville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade medical facility.
Bond County Health Department - Lighting Replacement Bond County Health Department is seeking sealed bid proposals to replace current fluorescent lights with LED fixtures. Eligible bidders must be a registered Ameren Program Ally contractor. Questions can be directed to the phone number (618) 664-1442. Contractor must be a registered Ameren Small Business Program Ally. o Work completed will comply with the requirements of Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Program and must be completed within the program's current incentive year timeline. o Prevailing wages shall be used for all labor. o RAB lighting fixtures with sensors to be installed - T34FA-2X4/LCBS to replace light fixture styles A & B for a total of 229 lights. Initial programming of lights to be completed. o Cost of materials and labor shall be indicated separately on bid. o Ameren Assessment Report identifying total project cost, Ameren's project incentive amount, customer's total cost and proposed measures are to be included in bid proposal. Potential payback in months and estimated annual electric dollars saved to be included in the Ameren report. o Bids can be mailed or physically dropped off at the Bond County Health
