Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Greenville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The work consists of demolishing and cleaning up all building materials, personal effects, including foundation(s), building slab(s), and trees/foliage as needed. The contractor must also close out and remove wells, cisterns, and septic systems per Bond County, IL standards, rules, and regulations, backfill all excavations, and seed/straw the disturbed site. Bidders are required to provide a base bid for demolition, and a separate bid for asbestos removal (Option #1). An asbestos report is available for review. All laborers and workers must be paid no less than the prevailing wage as determined by the Illinois Prevailing Wage. The City of Greenville reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities or technicalities in the bidding process.
