Borgholm Township Board Will Be Accepting Written Price Quotes for Gravel at the Township Board Meeting, for Approximately 10,000 Yards, More or Less, Loose Volume, Cl. 5 Gravel or Better, _" Rock, 10 to 12% Clay Content. Gravel to Be Spread By Township's Specified Amounts and Directions, and in Place on Borgholm Roads by August 1, 2025. Certificate of Insurance and a Check or Bid Bond of 5% Must Accompany the Quote. _ Scale Tickets May Be Required. _ Belly Dumps Are Required Unless Otherwise Specified. _ Initially the Stockpiles Will Be Tested to Ensure the Gravel Meets the Required Specifications, With Random Spot Checks Thereafter. _ the Contractor Will Provide the Township With Receipt of Taxes Paid and Lien Waivers Which Guarantees That the Contractor Has Paid for All Labor and Material Costs. The Board Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Quotes. The Board Reserves the Right to Retain the 5% Deposit Check or Bid Bond if Gravel Specs Do Not Meet Standards
